A Waterford teacher is going to sit a record 30 subjects in the Leaving Certificate 2010. Eoin Jackson is putting his expertise in the areas of LC strategy, and syllabus knowledge to the ultimate test. (It could be seen as... 'the intellectual equivalent of climbing Everest!') Eoin is going to take 20 of these subjects at Higher Level, and 10 of them at Ordinary Level.... just for the year that's in it. (i.e. 20+10 for 2010!!!) If he manages to pass more than 20 of the subjects, it will be a new world record for 'amount of subjects passed in any recognised state finals exam'. This video is part an ongoing docu-vlog series that will chart his progress as the pressure mounts... "Exam Tips Part #22" gives Eoin's tips for how best to focus your last minute study in advance of the Classical Studies written exam. This is being done as a charity fundraiser. To build up a database of study tips and resources to further develop the 'Accolade Distance Leaving Cert' course. This August we'll find out if Eoin has succeeded in setting a new record.
